BFire by Mauro Colagreco, the restaurant to visit on La Croisette

BFire by Mauro Colagreco is the epitome of exclusivity, and one of the most demanded restaurants on the legendary Cannes Croisette. It’s known for its convivial cuisine combining Italian and Argentinean flavors, seasonal products and a superbly executed style of cooking using a wood fire.

It’s pure sophistication

I know Cannes for a long time and I am in love with this town. The little village has all the shops a girl (or a man) could need and it’s the perfect getaway when you need to breathe pure French Riviera’s air. Plus, I knew BFire by Mauro Colagreco was just the place! This dining concept conceived by Mauro Colagreco offers maximum variety and enabling guests to choose individual dishes as well as plates more suited for sharing. Laid out in two separate spaces, BFire offers gourmet à la carte dining in its restaurant alongside a special beach menu available from the comfort of its sun-loungers.

Part of the Barrière group, BFire by Mauro Colagreco is one of the reasons why the Majestic Hotel and Cannes should to be visited for a staycation or weekend getaway!

We started our day with lunch at the  BFire by Mauro Colagreco Restaurant— it’s all about ultra-fresh, classic favorites with Argentinean and Italian flair. Also, the restaurant has a menu showcasing seasonal products and a superbly executed style of cooking using a wood fire.

I had the tasting of rolls – an amazing opportunity to testify Mauro Colagreco’s creativity. Filled with salmon, topped with crispy onion and herbs, my rolls were probably some of THE BEST I ever had. There were eight in the plate but they were big enough to fill my appetite and as you may know, I wanted to try a desert. From the desert menu, I chose one to share. It was so beautiful that I did not want to destroy it with my spoon but fortunately I did because it was deliciously fresh.

Of course, the waiters at the BFire by Mauro Colagreco restaurant are wine pros and served my dining companion and I amazing wines to complement our meals.

The results were mouthwatering!

The menu at the BFire by Mauro Colagreco restaurant changes three times a year in line with the seasons, so it’s worth checking it out a few times. During summer, I highly recommend planning some extra time to relax on the sun beds of the beach. The view is incredible and it’s the perfect spot for a luxury afternoon.

After lunch, we then made our way over to La Plage Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, the Cannes Barrière hotel private beach. This striking spot has half- and full-day packages. You can choose to be on the jetty or on the beach and even eat on your sun bed.

Opposite the Lérins islands, La Plage Barrière Le Majestic Cannes offers all kinds of sporting temptations and is the ideal place to relax. The beach is stunning and you’ll definitely want to plan some extra time for classic or innovative water sports.
