Just after a tour around the artistic town of Saint-Paul de Vence, the restaurant “La table de Pierre” offers the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine in a dream-worthy environment.
The chef, Emmanuel Lehrer, proposes gourmet cuisine with regional specialties starting from 16€. For the ones who love fish, I would recommend the beech wood smoked scallops as a starter and the wild sea bass as the main course. I saw my neighbor’s chocolate, caramel & peanut based pie and it looked amazing so if you are still hungry, do not hesitate to order it.
What I loved at Le Mas de Pierre is that you can relax with a coffee and a book in different areas: around the swimming pool (reserved to clients of the hotel), on the couches facing the beautiful flower field or you can just walk around the hotel and check the Chef’s vegetable garden or the white doves birdcage.
The bonus of the hotel for sure is the spa that you should book when booking the restaurant. I tested the 30 minutes massage and it was so good that I keep dreaming about it.
